The Advanced Series will build on the original Ultimate Krav Maga DVD Instructional series, by ramping all Krav Maga training, consolidating previous training and by introducing new advanced material. This new knowledge is a logical continuation of your training. We will also be following this approach with all future productions, in effect moving step by step from the basics and on to more advanced techniques.
This is the first Expansion DVD in the 'Advanced Series' and will cover: Striking, Fighting Tactics and Drills, spread over a 2 DVD set. This Advanced Series will enhance your Krav Maga training in 4 major areas -
1. Advanced combatives and striking combinations (spinning hammerfist, chops, spinning/jump kicks, etc.)
2. Fighting tactics (double attack combinations, fighting through a group of attackers, attacking your opponents guard, etc.)
3. Learning to deal with the psychological effects of an attack (2 or more attacker, dealing with stress, fatigue and aggression drills, how to deal with the attacker fighting back and what to do if you make a mistake with your defense or if you are hit in a fight)
4. Warm-up and strengthening techniques (how to warm up when you do and don't have time), and a number of Kettlebell strengthening exercises.
Featured Instructors:Duncan Pattle: Host/ Instructor of the original "Ultimate Krav Maga" 5 DVD box set, is back in the "Advance Series". He will be teaching you advanced striking (Headbutts, spinning hammer, spinning kicks, jump kicks etc), drills and much more.
Rune Lind: Expert Level Instructor and Director of Krav Maga Norway. He has flown out to the US to be apart of the "Advanced Series". He will be teaching you advanced striking (Inside/ outside chops, spin kicks, etc), fighting tactics (Double attacks, combinations and more) plus warm up drills and Kettlebell exercises.
Renee Nolte: A highly skilled Expert Level Krav Maga Instructor and certified Krav Maga Force trainer as well as an experienced School owner from Texas. Renee is also a Master Mixed Martial Artist with over 26 years experience. On the "Advanced Series", she will be teaching expert level high intensity stress and fatigue drills.
Dana Ben Kaplan: Expert Level Krav Maga instructor from San Diego CA. He has decades of experience in Krav Maga, having trained in over a dozen countries. Dana will be teaching Expert level consolidation drills, fighting tactics and much more.
