Two profound changes are taking place on Kravshop this month, a new modern ecommerce platform and a strong image change.

Our customers needs in and out of the training studio are very important to us. We have spent the past year designing new products and improving old ones. Here is a quick list of some of the newer products to be released in the next two quarters; Women's sports bra which offers protection against painful knocks, Patent pending arm guards that protect your forearm against 360 degree attacks, Re-engineered wicking training pants with a hidden reverse pocket - perfect for when you can't carry your wallet or purse, 2 more patch choices for the light weight tactical pants, 2 popular casual t-shirts are getting an overhaul and much more.

On to the new ecommerce platform... The full list of features and benefits would probably bore you with geek jargon and since we want you guys to focus on training, we going to keep it simple. Here we go - easier checkout process that is super simple to navigate, coupons/gift certificates that do not take a Nuclear Physicist to figure out and a sophisticated product return system. Here is the best part - now you can view Kravshop fast on your ipad, iphone, Andriod, Blackberry and Palm Pre devices, a complete browsing, shopping and purchasing experience in just a few clicks.

Now here is the less exciting news...There are a few items that we could NOT pullover to the new platform:

• Your password - for our existing customers you will have to manually reset your password. This is an easy process, clicking on the "forgot password" will fix you right up.
• Previous orders - previous orders and their tracking will NOT be on the new system. If you ever need this information we will keep backups on file and will make it available to you on request.
