If you have ordered from Kravshop and have a valid account, you’re entitled to take part in our special offer – write a 100% honest eligible review on all or one of the products you ordered and get USD$5 account credit for every review you write.

What makes my review eligible for the $5 account credit?

All reviews will be accepted, however, for you to get paid you must follow these guidelines-

• No swear words, gibberish or repetitive wording.
• Review must be written in English.
• Review must contain a complete sentence or consist of five or more words.
• Must be written on a product you have purchased and received.

There is a chance that your review will be published under the product reviewed for all to read.

How do I use my credit?

You will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your reward credit.

How do I write a review?

To submit a review you need to go to the product that you purchased and on the left hand side of the product page is a "Write a Review". In this area you can rate the product on a 1-5 star scale on a number of elements such as quality, value for money etc. Then you will need to write your thoughts on the product. Please follow the guidelines above so that your review is eligible for the $5 store credit.

How long does it take to get my reward sent to me?

Once you submit your review we will be notified of your review and due to the volume of reviews, it takes us a few weeks to go through them all to ensure they are eligible. Please allow up to three (3) weeks before receiving your reward. We appreciate your feedback and we make every endeavor to reduce this time. You may receive your reward sooner that this but please allow this time so we can ensure accuracy of our reviews.
