Prices and Currency:

Kravshop.com is a part of Kravshop, Inc an American company and as such processes every order into US Dollars. For your convenience we upload on our site international currencies. These currencies are only for your viewing purposes, and at the time of payment these currencies may be transferred back into US Dollars and debited from your account. We are not held liable for fluctuations in international currencies or for any fees charged to you by your bank or financial institution. If paying by credit card and your are outside of the United States, your purchase total will be charged according to your account's policy on international orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover card and American Express.

Credit Card Security

To safe guard our your security and enable us to continue to offer credit card payment options we do have strict requirements for credit card processing. We do require a zipcode or address match with the billing address you provide and the billing address you have on file with your bank or financial institution. If your card declines for this the reason your bank will still release the amount (i.e. put the amount in pending) but our system will not accept the charge and the charge will not be processed.

But the problem is that your bank  or financial institution may like to hold onto this money in pending  (i.e. bank limbo). This amount will drop off your statement usually in a couple of days from the transaction. But if this situation happens to you and the amount is not released by your bank or financial institution in a timely manner please contact us and we will help sort out any issues.

Kravshop condition towards training simulators:

We currently carry a number of training simulators for the training environment. These simulators are blue replicas and are designed for law enforcement, military training, 3rd party protection and personal self defense training. Blue training simulators are molded from actual weapons complete with serial numbers and accurate proportions for holstering and realism. Once purchased it is not advisable to paint or alter in any way. Kravshop, Inc and the manufacturer "Blueguns" holds no responsibility in any manner for harm or injury of any person or property resulting from the use of these blue training simulators. The use of this product is at your own risk and you should be a minimum age of 18 years or older to purchase.

Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees:

United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) or its local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

Governing Laws

All tranasaction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in relation to this a transaction on Kravshop shall first be submitted to mediation in the City of Los Angeles, California in accordance with the Commercial Mediation Rules of the American Arbitration Association. If mediation fails to resolve such dispute or controversy, then such dispute or controversy shall be determined and settled by arbitration in the City of Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties hereto agree to use good faith efforts to select a mediator and, if mediation fails to resolve such dispute or controversy, an arbitrator. If the parties cannot agree upon a mediator or arbitrator, such mediator or arbitrator shall be selected in accordance with the relevant Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
